Pinewood Autos staff were good because Mark went the extra mile - literally - by picking me up at the station when I went to collect the car. Only criticism is the cleaning of the vehicle: the bodywork was great but there were leaves and sand under the bonnet, bits of kids rubbish behind the rear seats, and the seats had been steam-cleaned or similar and were damp to sit on and smelled of wet dog!

I'd recommend Pinewood Autos because the staff were extremely friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
